Among his recent successes is Entrusol, a leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand renowned for its oat cereal drink in Malaysia. Under his leadership, Entrusol soared, achieving sales of nearly 1 million boxes nationwide and emerging as a dominant force in a fiercely competitive industry.

As a serial entrepreneur, Nash's vast experience guides the direction of his ventures, serving as an inspiration to his team to dream big and believe in their endeavours. He thrives on challenges, transforming obstacles into opportunities, and his visionary leadership has attracted top talent from different parts of the world to join his ventures.

Not just that, he has also cultivated expertise in strategic planning, sales, and research & development over the years, refining his skills through dedicated effort and backed by a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Microbiology from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). His interest in promoting wellness grew steadily, driven by a commitment to enhancing community health, particularly in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. With his educational background and expertise, he leads the formulation process for our product line. He strongly believes that quality is non-negotiable at Alteryz.

An eloquent speaker and experienced trainer, Nash has empowered countless individuals to excel in their fields over the past decade. He has participated in renowned accelerator programs, such as Antler and MyStartup, consistently excelling with each endeavour.

With a background in Microbiology and biotech, Nash proudly leads ALT Synergy Sdn Bhd, a biotech startup pioneering the future of the nutraceutical industry. His vision is clear: to redefine standards in nutrition and wellness, making wellness accessible to all. Through ALT Synergy, he plans to develop innovative nutraceutical formulas, brands, compound labs, and apps to keep society informed and connected with wellness.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Nash finds fulfillment and rejuvenation in a variety of personal interests. An avid reader, he delves into literature to expand his knowledge and perspective. Traveling holds a special place in his heart, as he believes in the enriching experiences and valuable lessons that exploring new places brings. Besides maintaining a healthy routine, he firmly believes that cultivating a positive mindset profoundly impacts overall well-being. Elly Fazira Jamil

Elly has an extensive background in direct-to-consumer and e-commerce

She co-founded and led Entrusol, a leading D2C brand specializing in oat cereal drink in Malaysia. As a self-taught Digital Marketer, she played a pivotal role in driving the company's digital transformation particularly in the field of performance marketing. Not just that, with a track record of success in diverse industries, she brings strategic vision, operational acumen, and a collaborative leadership style to the table. She also excels in marketing and branding strategies, particularly in elevating the brand presence and perception of the Entrusol brand. In ALT Synergy Sdn Bhd, she is the key person responsible for a smooth running of day to day operations.

With a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Elly earned the best student of the year in 2007. Her final thesis on ‘Inhibitions of Acute and Chronic Inflammations by Bixa Orellana Leaves Extract’ was awarded the prestigious Best Thesis by Pfizer. Combining her strong academic background with entrepreneurial ventures in multiple businesses developed a profound interest in the field of health and its future, leading to the co-founding of Alteryz.

She believes that in today's modern and busy life, prioritizing health should not be challenging or costly. Health is indispensable and should be accessible to everyone. With accurate guidance in the world of technology, we now have access to a wealth of information to support our health. Elly's passion for helping people achieve optimal health and well-being drives her to develop our own blend for product formulation together with the other two co-founders. In her leisure time, she indulges her creativity on canvas, with drawing serving as her main inspiration for marketing and branding efforts for the Alteryz brand. Elly, a mother herself, is deeply invested in advocating for women's empowerment too!

In addition to her active participation in female founders conferences, she has been a vocal advocate for women's empowerment in entrepreneurship, often mentoring and guiding aspiring women entrepreneurs, paving the way for their success. Through her efforts, she strives to break down barriers and create opportunities for women to thrive in the business world. She wishes to help more women to gain more confidence and be healthier together in Alteryz.

Bibiana Mirage

Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Mirage is a licensed pharmacist registered in Malaysia with thirteen years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory, clinical, retail setting and health tech startup as well as healthcare logistics

She started off her career as a pharmacist in Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) where she did screening prescriptions for medication errors, clinical ward rounds, dispensing of medications and patients counselling. She is also a License A holder in relation to prescription screening, medicine dispensing, counselling, health screening and monitoring, poison inventory management in compliance with the Code of Conduct for Pharmacist and Body Corporate and the Pharmacy Legislation of Malaysia.

Mirage also holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where she acquired advanced knowledge and skills in business management, strategy, and leadership. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) from AIMST University in Kedah, Malaysia, where she gained comprehensive understanding and expertise in pharmaceutical sciences, healthcare, and patient care. These dual qualifications equip her with a unique blend of business acumen and pharmaceutical knowledge, enabling her to approach challenges from both strategic and healthcare perspectives.

Her pharmaceutical field encompasses various fields including as assistant director at the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA. She has also led initiatives to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards for laboratory accreditation.

In addition to her extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical field, she has also ventured into entrepreneurship, participating in prestigious programs such as the NEXEA Entrepreneurship Programme, Mranti Global Accelerator Programme Thematic Edition 2022, MaGIC Pre-Accelerator Bootcamp, and Health Hackathon, including Hacking Health 2017.
Driven by her unwavering passion for improving people's health and quality of life has led her to establish ALT Synergy Sdn Bhd (Alteryz), where she strives to provide high-quality supplements that genuinely make a difference. Taking personal responsibility for the formulation process of all products underscores her commitment to ensuring excellence in every aspect of Alteryz's offerings.

In her free time, Mirage finds joy in embarking on journeys to discover new places, cultures, and experiences through travel. Additionally, she is passionate about exploring the underwater world through scuba diving. For her, scuba diving isn't just a hobby; it's a pathway to inner peace. By immersing herself in the natural beauty of the ocean, she finds a profound sense of calm that harmonizes with her holistic perspective on health and well-being.
