PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable upon checkout. You may order any of the product(s) offered by following the directions of purchase provided on the Site. No amendments are allowed after payment has been processed, kindly check and ensure that your delivery details and ordered/purchased item(s) are correct before making the payment. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not be held responsible/ liable for any products ordered from other channels/ methods aside from the Site. Free gift that comes with your Order will be shown in the shopping cart (if any).
All free gifts are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, subject to availability and first come first served basis.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
It takes 1-3 working days to process your orders. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. All of the parcels are delivered by our courier partner(s) i.e. Ninja Van.
Orders will be processed everyday from Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following working week. For local shipping, shipping will take approximately:
West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
East Malaysia: 2-7 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your whatsapp and email via our official courier partner , Ninja Van. To track and check the status of your order, you can browse to the their website.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
